Description – Baker Boys Rocky Road Slice 300g

Baker Boys Rocky Road Slice 300g is a multi-layered chocolate dessert slice featuring a soft chocolate fudge-style base topped with a thick layer of chocolate, mini marshmallows, and naturally flavoured fruit jubes. It is designed to deliver a rich, indulgent bakery experience with contrasting textures and strong chocolate flavour.

The base of the slice is made using sugar, wheat flour, cocoa powder, palm oil, milk solids, salt, emulsifiers, raising agents, and flavourings. This forms a soft, slightly dense chocolate fudge-style foundation that supports the toppings and provides a rich cocoa base flavour.

The chocolate layer on top (30% dark chocolate component) is made using sugar, vegetable oil, cocoa powder, emulsifiers, flavouring, and milk solids. This creates a smooth, rich chocolate coating that enhances the overall intensity of the slice and adds a firm, slightly glossy top layer.

Mini marshmallows (10%) provide a soft, airy texture contrast. Made from sugar, glucose, gelatine, starch, flavouring, and colouring, they add chewiness and light sweetness that balances the richness of the chocolate base.

Fruit jubes (raspberry pieces 5%) add a chewy, fruity element to the slice. Made from fruit concentrates, sugar, humectant, wheat fibre, gelling agents, food acids, and flavouring, they introduce tangy sweetness and additional texture variation.

Coconut, cocoa powder, and milk solids further enrich the flavour profile, adding subtle nutty and creamy undertones. Emulsifiers and stabilisers ensure consistent texture, while preservatives maintain product freshness.

The texture of Baker Boys Rocky Road Slice is layered and complex. The base is soft and fudgy, the chocolate topping is smooth and firm, the marshmallows are airy and chewy, and the fruit jubes add elastic chewiness. Together, these create a multi-textured dessert experience.

From a flavour perspective, the product combines rich chocolate intensity with sweet marshmallow notes and fruity berry tang. The result is a balanced indulgent profile that is sweet, chocolate-forward, and slightly fruity.

The 300g format is designed for convenience and sharing. It is pre-portioned for easy serving, making it suitable for households, workplaces, and social occasions where a ready-to-eat indulgent dessert slice is required.

Overall, this product delivers a classic rocky road-style slice with layered chocolate, marshmallow, and fruit textures in a soft bakery format.

Why Choose This Baker Boys Rocky Road Slice 300g?

Baker Boys Rocky Road Slice stands out because it delivers a highly textured dessert experience that combines chocolate richness with marshmallow softness and fruity chewiness.

One of its key strengths is texture complexity. The combination of fudge base, chocolate topping, marshmallows, and jubes creates a varied eating experience in every bite.

Another advantage is flavour layering. The chocolate provides the dominant profile, while marshmallows add sweetness and fruit jubes contribute a tangy contrast that prevents the slice from feeling overly one-dimensional.

The inclusion of multiple textures makes it more engaging than standard chocolate slices, offering a more dynamic dessert experience.

The 300g format ensures convenience and suitability for sharing, making it ideal for households, workplaces, and social gatherings.

Compared to simpler chocolate slices, Baker Boys Rocky Road Slice offers a more indulgent and varied experience with added marshmallow and fruit elements.

For Australian consumers seeking a rich, multi-textured chocolate dessert slice, this product delivers consistent satisfaction and indulgence.
