Description – Baker Boys Tan Slice 330g

Baker Boys Tan Slice 330g is a layered caramel dessert slice featuring a soft, slightly chewy caramel filling (41%), a shortcrust-style base, and a topping that includes vanilla crumb and dark chocolate pieces. It is designed to deliver a rich bakery experience with multiple texture layers and a strong caramel flavour profile.

The caramel layer is the central component of the product, made using milk, sugar, golden syrup, and butter (milk, salt). This creates a smooth, sweet, and slightly chewy caramel filling that defines the overall flavour profile. The golden syrup adds depth and a light toffee-like richness, while butter contributes creaminess and smooth mouthfeel.

The base is made using wheat flour, sustainable palm oil, sugar, salt, raising agents, emulsifiers, flavouring, preservatives, antioxidants, and acidity regulators. This forms a firm shortcrust-style foundation that supports the caramel layer while providing structural contrast to the soft filling.

The topping includes a vanilla crumb layer combined with dark compound chocolate pieces. The vanilla crumb adds a light sweetness and soft texture, while the chocolate pieces introduce cocoa richness and slight bitterness, balancing the sweetness of the caramel layer.

The texture of Baker Boys Tan Slice is layered and varied. The base is firm and slightly crumbly, the caramel layer is soft and chewy, and the topping adds both crunch and chocolate melt elements. This combination creates a multi-textured eating experience.

From a flavour perspective, the slice is dominated by rich caramel sweetness balanced with dark chocolate notes and a subtle vanilla crumb finish. The result is a well-rounded dessert profile that is sweet, creamy, and slightly indulgent without being overly heavy.

The 330g pack format is designed for convenience and sharing. It is pre-portioned for easy serving, making it suitable for households, workplaces, and social occasions where a ready-to-eat dessert slice is required.

Overall, this product delivers a classic caramel slice experience with layered textures and balanced chocolate contrast in a soft bakery format.
