Description – Birds Eye Air Baked Original Crumb Fish Tenders 375g

These fish tenders are made with 56% New Zealand hoki combined with a 41% crumb coating made from wheat flour, wheat gluten, rice flour, maize starch, oat fibre, yeast extracts, garlic and onion powders, spices, and malt extract. A small amount of canola oil is used to support crisping.

The 375g pack contains multiple tender-sized portions suitable for family meals or shared platters. Each piece is frozen and pre-prepared for quick cooking using air fryer or oven methods, with a recommended cooking time of around 12 minutes in an air fryer.

The hoki inside is tender and flaky, while the air baked crumb provides a lighter, crisp finish compared to traditional fried coatings.
