Description – Copper Kettle Vintage Cheddar & Red Onion Potato Chips 150g

Copper Kettle Vintage Cheddar & Red Onion Potato Chips 150g are a premium kettle-cooked snack crafted with a focus on quality, tradition, and flavour depth. The product uses carefully selected New Zealand-grown potatoes, which are sliced and slow cooked in small batches to achieve a golden, crispy texture with a robust crunch.

The slow-cooking kettle process is central to the product’s identity. Unlike high-speed industrial frying, small-batch cooking allows the chips to develop a thicker structure and more intense crunch. This results in a more substantial bite and a richer mouthfeel compared to standard thin chips.

The flavour profile combines two classic savoury elements. Vintage cheddar provides a bold, mature cheese taste with sharpness and depth, while red onion contributes a slightly sweet, aromatic finish that balances the richness of the cheese. Together, they create a layered and satisfying flavour experience.

Each chip is carefully seasoned after cooking to ensure even coverage and consistent flavour delivery. The seasoning adheres well to the kettle-cooked surface, enhancing every bite with a balance of savoury cheese and onion notes.

A key strength of Copper Kettle is its commitment to provenance and transparency. The brand highlights its close relationships with New Zealand potato farmers and its ability to trace ingredients back to local sources, reinforcing trust and authenticity.

The 150g pack size is designed for versatility, making it suitable for sharing, entertaining, or personal indulgence while maintaining freshness and crunch.

Overall, this product combines premium kettle cooking, NZ-grown potatoes, and a classic cheese-onion flavour pairing into a rich and satisfying snack experience.
