Description – Nando’s Peri Peri Extra Extra HOT Sauce 250g

The Nando’s Peri Peri Extra Extra HOT Sauce 250g is an ultra-hot chilli sauce created for those who enjoy extreme spice levels without sacrificing flavour. Built around the famous African Bird’s Eye Chilli, it delivers intense heat combined with the signature tangy, garlicky, and savoury Nando’s flavour profile.

This sauce is part of the iconic PERi-PERi range, known globally for its bold spice blends and flame-grilled inspiration. The Extra Extra HOT version is designed for experienced chilli lovers who want maximum heat intensity with layered flavour depth.

One of the defining features of this sauce is its powerful heat profile. It delivers immediate warmth and lingering spice that builds with each bite, making it one of the strongest options in the Nando’s sauce lineup.

Despite its heat level, the sauce maintains a balanced flavour base with onion, garlic, and spices that enhance savoury dishes rather than simply adding spice alone.

For Australian consumers, this sauce offers a way to enjoy authentic South African-inspired peri-peri flavour with restaurant-quality intensity at home. It is ideal for BBQs, spicy meals, and flavour-packed cooking.

The 250g bottle size is convenient for regular use, offering enough sauce for multiple meals, marinades, and dipping occasions.

It is especially popular for chicken dishes, where it enhances grilled or oven-cooked meats with a bold spicy glaze. It can be brushed on during cooking or used as a finishing sauce.

It also works well as a marinade, helping to infuse meat with deep chilli flavour before grilling or roasting. The longer the marination, the more intense the flavour experience.

For wings and BBQ dishes, it creates a sticky, spicy coating that intensifies flavour and adds a fiery kick.

It can also be used as a dipping sauce for burgers, fries, and snacks, adding instant heat to everyday meals.

Beyond meat dishes, it can be incorporated into wraps, sandwiches, rice bowls, and stir-fries for added spice complexity.

The African Bird’s Eye Chilli provides natural heat along with a slightly fruity undertone, giving the sauce more depth than standard chilli sauces.

The garlic and onion components help balance the heat, adding savoury richness and enhancing overall flavour structure.

Because of its intensity, only a small amount is needed per serving, making it an efficient and long-lasting hot sauce option.

It is suitable for BBQ cooking, where flame grilling enhances its smoky, spicy profile.

The sauce is also ideal for spice challenges, chilli lovers, and those who enjoy pushing heat limits in their food.

Nando’s is a globally recognised brand known for its PERi-PERi flavour identity, combining African chilli heritage with bold culinary creativity.

Storage is simple—keep in a cool, dry place and refrigerate after opening to maintain freshness and flavour quality.

Whether used as a marinade, cooking sauce, or dipping condiment, Nando’s Peri Peri Extra Extra HOT Sauce 250g delivers extreme heat, bold flavour, and signature peri-peri character.
