Description – Pams Flaky Puff Pastry Sheet 350g

Pams Flaky Puff Pastry Sheet 350g is a ready-rolled frozen pastry made from wheat flour, margarine, butter, and water, carefully layered to create a light, flaky texture when baked. The margarine blend includes beef fat, palm oil, and emulsifiers that help form distinct layers during cooking, resulting in a crisp and airy pastry structure.

Unsalted butter contributes to a richer flavour profile and enhances the overall texture of the pastry once baked. The combination of fats ensures a balanced rise and flakiness, making it suitable for both savoury and sweet applications.

The dough is carefully prepared and rolled into a flat sheet before freezing, ensuring ease of use and consistent thickness. This eliminates the need for rolling dough manually, saving time and reducing preparation effort in home kitchens.

When baked, the pastry expands into multiple golden layers that are crisp on the outside and light inside. This flaky texture makes it ideal for pies, sausage rolls, fruit tarts, quiches, and other baked goods that require structure and lift.

The inclusion of emulsifiers, acidity regulators, and preservatives ensures stability during storage and supports consistent baking performance. The pastry is designed to handle a wide range of fillings without becoming soggy or losing structure.

This product is ideal for quick home baking, allowing users to prepare both everyday meals and special treats with minimal effort while still achieving bakery-style results.
