Description – Pams Original Wedges 1kg

Pams Original Wedges 1kg are made using 97% high-quality potatoes, carefully cut into chunky wedge shapes and snap frozen to preserve freshness, texture, and natural potato flavour. The high potato content ensures a clean, authentic taste with minimal additives.

The wedges are lightly coated with canola oil, which supports even browning and crisping during cooking. Mineral salt (450) is included in small amounts to help maintain stability and cooking consistency, while dextrose assists in achieving a golden colour when baked or air fried.

The skin-on wedge format enhances texture and flavour, delivering a more rustic and hearty potato experience compared to standard fries. The thicker cut ensures a soft, fluffy interior while still allowing a crisp outer layer when cooked properly.

Snap freezing locks in the natural quality of the potatoes immediately after preparation, ensuring consistent performance whether cooked in the oven, air fryer, or deep fryer. This helps maintain moisture balance and structural integrity for reliable results every time.

Once cooked, the wedges offer a satisfying combination of crispy edges and soft potato centre, making them ideal for dipping into sauces such as aioli, ketchup, gravy, or cheese-based dips.

The product is designed for convenience and flexibility, making it suitable for everyday family meals, casual entertaining, or quick side dishes.
