Tip Top Oatilicious Long Rolls 6pk – Soft Oat-Enriched Sandwich Rolls for Everyday Meals

Description – Tip Top Oatilicious Long Rolls 6pk

Tip Top Oatilicious Long Rolls 6pk are soft, everyday sandwich rolls designed with added oats to provide a familiar white roll texture with a subtle wholegrain boost. Made for sandwiches, subs, and filled lunch or dinner meals, these rolls deliver a light, fluffy interior and a soft crust, making them a versatile bakery staple in Australian households.

The base is made using wheat flour and water, forming a soft dough structure that is strengthened with wheat gluten for improved elasticity and bite integrity. This ensures the rolls stay light and airy while still holding together well when filled with meats, vegetables, or sauces.

A key feature of this product is the inclusion of whole grain oats (13%), which are blended into the dough to add mild texture, subtle nutty flavour, and a light wholegrain character. These oats are designed to remain unobtrusive, allowing the rolls to retain a classic white bread appearance and softness.

Sugar is added in small amounts to support browning and balance flavour, while vegetable oil contributes to softness and moisture retention. This helps maintain a tender crumb throughout the product’s shelf life.

Yeast is used for fermentation, allowing the dough to rise and develop a soft, fluffy structure. Iodised salt enhances overall flavour balance, while emulsifiers (481, 472e, 471) help maintain softness, structure, and consistent crumb quality.

Soy flour improves dough performance and nutritional profile, while barley malt flour adds mild sweetness and assists in crust colouring during baking. Added vitamins such as niacin, thiamin, riboflavin, and folic acid provide nutritional fortification.

The texture of Tip Top Oatilicious Long Rolls is soft, slightly airy, and easy to bite through, making them ideal for sandwiches, subs, and filled roll meals. The crumb is even and light, allowing sauces and fillings to absorb without the bread breaking apart.

The flavour profile is neutral and mild with a subtle oat grain note, making these rolls suitable for a wide variety of fillings including deli meats, chicken, vegetables, cheeses, or spreads.

The 6-pack format provides convenience for families and meal planning, ensuring multiple servings across different meals. Each roll is uniform in size and shape for consistent preparation and serving.
