Description – Tip Top Oatilicious Super Thick Toast Bread 700g

Tip Top Oatilicious Super Thick Toast Bread 700g is a soft, pre-sliced loaf that combines the familiar look and texture of white bread with the hidden benefits of whole grain oats. Unlike traditional grain breads that contain visible seeds or coarse textures, this loaf delivers oat nutrition in a smooth, soft crumb that remains easy to eat for all age groups.

The bread contains 12% whole grain oats, providing a source of fibre and contributing to approximately 20% of daily whole grain intake per serving. These oats are finely integrated into the dough, ensuring the bread retains a smooth, white-bread-like appearance while still delivering enhanced nutritional value.

The defining feature of this loaf is its super thick slice format. Each slice is significantly thicker than standard sandwich bread, providing more substance, better filling capacity, and improved meal satisfaction. This makes it ideal for hearty sandwiches, breakfast toast, and filling snack-style meals.

The crumb is soft, fluffy, and easy to chew, maintaining the signature Supersoft-style texture that Tip Top is known for. Despite its thickness, the bread remains light in structure, ensuring it does not feel heavy or overly dense when eaten.

The formulation begins with wheat flour and water, forming the structural base of the loaf. Whole grain oats contribute fibre and nutritional depth, while wheat gluten strengthens dough elasticity and helps maintain slice integrity despite the increased thickness.

Baker’s yeast ensures a consistent rise and airy crumb structure. Vegetable oil helps retain moisture and keeps the bread soft over time. Soy flour contributes mild protein enrichment and improves dough consistency.

Emulsifiers (481, 472e) and acidity regulator (263) ensure uniform crumb development and stable baking performance. Wheat starch helps refine texture, while added vitamins (niacin, thiamin, riboflavin, folic acid) support everyday nutritional intake.

The flavour profile is mild and familiar, closely resembling white bread with a subtle oat undertone. This makes it highly versatile and suitable for both sweet and savoury toppings including jam, honey, peanut butter, cheese, eggs, meats, and vegetables.

When toasted, the super thick slices develop a golden crust while maintaining a soft interior, creating a satisfying contrast in texture and enhancing overall meal experience.

The 700g loaf size provides a generous household portion, making it suitable for families who require consistent daily bread supply with added nutritional benefits.
