Description – Wilcox Vivaldi Potatoes 2kg

Wilcox Vivaldi Potatoes 2kg are premium all-rounder potatoes known for their distinctive creamy texture and naturally buttery flavour. The Vivaldi variety is widely recognised for its lighter carbohydrate profile compared to traditional starchy potatoes, making it a popular choice for health-conscious cooking.

Ingredients: Potatoes

Vivaldi potatoes are freshly harvested and selected for consistent quality, smooth skin, and reliable cooking performance. Their thin edible skin makes them easy to prepare without peeling, helping retain nutrients and reduce preparation time.

When cooked, Vivaldi potatoes develop a soft, creamy texture with a naturally buttery taste. They hold their shape well when boiled, making them ideal for salads and side dishes. When roasted, they produce a light golden exterior with a tender, fluffy interior. When mashed, they create a smooth, velvety consistency without heaviness.

Their mild, slightly sweet flavour allows them to pair easily with herbs, oils, butter, and seasoning blends, making them highly adaptable across a wide range of recipes.

Nutritionally, Vivaldi potatoes provide a lighter carbohydrate profile compared to many traditional varieties.
