Be aware the thermometer is not oven-safe and must not be left in the meat while it is cooking. Use the thermometer towards the end of the minimum cooking time and allow it to remain in the meat for only 15 seconds, at a depth of 5cm for an accurate reading.

• Use the following temperatures to determine when the meat is cooked to your liking: Chicken 75°c, Pork 77°c, Beef & Lamb -rare 60°c Medium 68°c well done 77°c
